Ignite Live Education Support Services LLC - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our courses! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all students enrolled in our courses, including any related materials and services provided by us (“Courses”). By using our Courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Courses.

  1. Test/Exam Registration : Ignite provides test and exam preparation only. The student will need to register for the official test on his/her own. The company does not provide direct test registration services but company representatives will guide the student.

  2. Schedules : The schedules posted are subject to change. The student will be informed accordingly of any amendments to the schedule. Make-up classes will be arranged based on the availability of the trainer.

  3. Rescheduling Policy : The student who wishes to reschedule one on one session must notify Ignite by email at least 48 hours in advance, or else the session will be billed. Ignite is not entitled to provide make-up sessions otherwise.

  4. Pricing : The pricing of our products and services is subject to change without prior notice. With effect from January 1st, 2018, 5% VAT will be applicable on all our products and services.

  5. Refund and Cancellation Policy : For cancellation before the commencement of the first session, the student is eligible for a refund of 80% of the course fee and 20% of the entire course fee will be deducted towards administrative costs. If the student discontinues the course due to unforeseen circumstances after attending any session, the student will not be eligible for any refund. Approved refund will be paid by Cheque/Bank transfer and will be processed in 14 working days.

  6. Right of Refusal : Ignite reserves the right to refuse admission to a student for any of its services offered if the student is deemed unsuitable for the student’s choice of service. Ignite and UniHawk also reserve the right not to disclose its reason(s) for refusal.

  7. Course Materials : The course fee covers all learning materials used for the classes. The student may purchase additional learning materials at his/her own discretion although this is not necessary for completing the course. If a student misplaces the course material, the student is required to purchase the material at an additional cost.

  8. Payment of fees : The complete course fee must be paid in advance before the registration deadline to confirm your seat in the course. Payment can be made by cash, card, cheque, or online bank transfer.

  9. Indemnification : You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Courses.

  10. Changes To Terms : We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website.
